Seriously, I think these books should be mandatory study for professionals working in (or around those that do) fraud detection in any form, including auditors or accountants.
As much of Malcolm Gladwell’s latest book Talking to Strangers: What we should know about the people we don’t know was actually based on the research of Timothy Levine, and described in detail in his book: Duped: Truth-Default Theory and the Social Science of Lying and Deception – I decided you needed to hear about BOTH books in this webinar.
